Four people injured in London stabbing attack, female suspect arrested, UK police say

Four people were stabbed in London's Covent Garden district on Wednesday, according to the Metropolitan Police, who said the attack is believed to be a mental health-related incident. A 47-year-old female suspect was arrested at the scene and charged with possession of an offensive weapon and assault. The stabbing occurred on Endell Street and was first reported to police at around 12:27 p.m. local time. Officers seized a pair of scissors at the scene. The victims, all men aged 34-52, were transported to a hospital. London's Air Ambulance was dispatched. Eyewitnesses described the incident as scary, with about 11 police cars and two or three ambulances at the scene.
