Former Kulanu faction head Roy Folkman joins Eisenkot

The Yashar party, led by Gadi Eisenkot, announced the joining of former Kulanu faction head Roy Folkman. Folkman left politics in 2019 and has since headed the Forum for Financial Competition. Kulanu was founded by Moshe Kahlon in 2014, won 10 seats in its first election, then shrank to 4 and merged into Likud.

Kulanu was founded on November 27, 2014 by Moshe Kahlon, won 10 seats in its first election, but in the next election was left with only 4 seats, after which it merged into Likud and ceased to exist. Folkman's joining strengthens Eisenkot's party, which seeks to solidify its position on the political arena.
