For the 11th day.. settlers besiege 3 homes in Qusra

Settlers, protected by Israeli occupation forces, continue for the eleventh consecutive day to besiege three Palestinian homes in the town of Qusra, south of Nablus, in an attempt to seize them. Families are prevented from entering or leaving, with the area declared a closed military zone and a severe water shortage due to blocked access and closed roads.

A group of settlers continued on Wednesday, August 19, 2026, to besiege three Palestinian homes in the town of Qusra, south of Nablus, for the eleventh consecutive day, under the protection of Israeli occupation forces. The settlers are besieging the homes in the Ras al-Ain area of the town, attempting to seize them and impose a fait accompli, while families are prevented from entering or leaving their homes, alongside the declaration of the area as a closed military zone. The besieged families face difficult humanitarian conditions amid a water shortage, after settlers prevented water from reaching the homes, in addition to closing the roads leading to them. This siege comes amid escalating settler attacks in various areas of the West Bank and their attempts to displace Palestinians from their homes and lands, in preparation for seizing them and expanding settlements. These attacks continue under the protection of occupation forces, which provide cover for settlers during their assaults on Palestinians and their property.
