Babchik left the government over a year ago, in June 2025, against the backdrop of the failure to legislate the draft exemption law. Despite Minister Katz's office claiming it reprimanded Cohen, i24NEWS obtained documentation proving that Cohen drove Babchik this week at a public event. In response, Babchik stated: "This is a false claim that has already been refuted in the past." Shmulik Cohen stated: "This is not true."
