Mohbi warned Britain and Gulf states that anyone who assists Washington—whether on the ground, with weapons, or with air bases—will become a "legitimate target" and will be hit without hesitation. Referring to Israel, he took a dismissive stance, describing the political and social system in Israel as broken and claiming that Israel is incapable of acting against Iran independently. According to him, Israel uses intrigue and misinformation to drag the US into a campaign. Mohbi also attacked Britain, accusing it of being a source of division in the Islamic world and the cause of the establishment of "the illegitimate regime of Israel."
