The operation, which will continue until late at night, combines the work of hundreds of police officers and volunteers on the ground with the use of advanced technological systems. Drones and visual surveillance tools are used for aerial monitoring, while laser speed detectors and digital violation recording cameras are employed on the ground. The raid is based on analytical models from the police traffic department, which identified high-risk areas — "influencing routes." Special emphasis is placed on curbing road hooliganism, aggressive driving, and actions that pose a direct threat to life. Specialized units — the national motorcycle patrol and an enhanced heavy transport control team along Highway 6 — monitor drivers of two-wheeled vehicles, novice drivers, as well as truck and bus drivers. The police traffic department emphasizes that the massive presence is intended to create a deterrent, change driving culture, and prevent new accidents. Law enforcement officials declare zero tolerance for violators.
