Israeli model Adva Lavi, known as Mia Ventura, 29, will remain in custody in Los Angeles. A judge at the Van Nuys courthouse decided on Friday to keep her detained, ruling there is a risk she will flee, after she repeatedly violated her release conditions. Lavi, accused of stealing from wealthy men she met on dating apps, was re-arrested last Tuesday following a separate incident of luxury goods theft at the Coachella music festival. An investigation by Indio police revealed she stole luxury items worth over $11,000 from an Airbnb property, including a Rolex watch valued at approximately $8,600, Louis Vuitton sunglasses worth about $700, and a Louis Vuitton cardholder containing about $1,800. At the time of arrest, Beverly Hills police discovered she was no longer wearing the electronic monitor imposed on her, leading to additional charges for violating a court order. In Los Angeles, she faces six serious criminal charges for targeting and robbing wealthy men she met on dating apps. If convicted on all charges, she faces up to 11 years and 8 months in prison.
