MDA teams provided medical treatment at the scene and evacuated him to Ichilov Hospital with multi-system trauma. The report of the incident was received at the MDA dispatch center in the Dan region at 12:43. Upon arrival, medical teams saw a man lying in a pit with altered consciousness. Firefighters worked to rescue him, while medics and paramedics provided medical treatment including medication and stopping bleeding. MDA paramedics Yissachar Weiss, George Daoud, and Simcha Simanduyev described the complex rescue operations and the care given to the patient until his evacuation to the hospital in serious condition.
