He said that cleaning is irregular and the stench has persisted for months. Zohar Golan, chairman of the Taxi Drivers Association, added that there are no restrooms for women and the lighting is not working. The drivers pay 5 NIS per entry to the compound. The Israel Airports Authority stated that the facility is cleaned daily and that a permanent structure is being promoted. However, photos sent by the authority after cleaning show that the portable restroom is still dirty.
