The next round of talks between Israel and Lebanon is delayed due to tensions between the countries, as reported this evening on Kan News. Lebanon refuses to hold talks soon in protest over the lack of expansion of withdrawal zones. In contrast, Israel complained to the US about the Lebanese military's activities, claiming it operates in coordination with Hezbollah. On Friday, Hezbollah launched an explosive drone at IDF forces in the Ali Taher ridge area, north of Beaufort. No casualties or damage were reported in the incident. Despite the fact that this constitutes a violation of the ceasefire, the IDF spokesperson chose not to update the public on the incident. According to IDF assessments, the drone launched was part of Hezbollah's attempt to help terrorists escape. The drone was launched toward the Ali Taher ridge area, and the terror organization's operatives are trying to extract terrorists staying in an underground route there. Earlier that week, the last round of talks between Israel and Lebanon took place. Lebanese Foreign Minister Youssef Raji was completely excluded from it due to his hawkish positions against Hezbollah.
