Additionally, a bill to amend the Prisons Ordinance and regulate attorney presence during interrogations of minors and people with disabilities will be brought for approval. On the economic side, the government seeks to advance a law to encourage the capital market and a clause from the 2026 economic plan concerning the Municipalities Ordinance. The plenum is also expected to discuss the first reading of an amendment to the law on permanent service in the IDF regarding pensions. The request was submitted under Section 9(b) of the Knesset Law, which allows convening during recess in urgent circumstances.
