The number of accidents with casualties stood at 496, a 17.6% decrease compared to June last year. Or Yarok CEO, attorney Yaniv Yaakov, called on the government to approve the multi-year national road safety plan, which he says will 'extract Israel from the bottom of the European country rankings.'
