A woman about 50 years old lost control of her vehicle this morning (Saturday) at the Shalom Interchange in Tel Aviv. Her car overturned and fell off the bridge onto the lower-level road. Medics and paramedics from Magen David Adom provided her medical treatment and evacuated her to Ichilov Hospital in serious condition with a head injury. According to initial reports, the driver turned left at high speed, lost control, hit the median barrier, and crashed through it. Two pedestrians standing just a few meters from the barrier were narrowly saved. MDA paramedic Elchanan Alon and medics described a complex rescue that included immobilization and medical treatment during evacuation in a mobile intensive care unit.
