"Dozens of drug addicts invaded the building": First response from the woman in the tear gas gun video
A viral video captures a confrontation between two women in Petah Tikva, in which one pulled out a tear gas gun and sprayed pepper spray. The woman in the video responds for the first time: "I'm accused of protecting my life for 6 years," claiming it's a drug den in the building with dozens of addicts and 5 babies. She speaks of restraining orders, police complaints, and an appeal to the mayor, all without results.
A viral video circulated today (Wednesday) on social media captures an unusual confrontation between two women inside a building in Petah Tikva. During the argument, one of the women pulled out an object that looked like a gun, but it was actually a tear gas gun used to spray pepper spray at the other woman. In a conversation with i24NEWS, the woman in the video responded and rejected the claims against her: "It's terrible, okay? I'm accused of protecting my life for 6 years." She claims it's a drug den in the building, and that "dozens of addicts invaded the Amidar apartment." According to her, there's a main intruder who brings her brothers, and there are 5 babies there. She added that the whole building suffers from it, and the family is known to welfare and the police. The woman claims "my life is in danger," and that they tried to run over her and her daughter and threw a knife at her. She said she has restraining and protection orders for 6 years, and that she appealed to Mayor Rami Greenberg, but "nothing happens." The footage shows the woman shouting at the other: "You're not coming up, you're not! No! Get out..."
