Officers observed a bag being exchanged between him and another person in the new northern area of the city. During a search of his vehicle, approximately 90 bags containing substances suspected to be drugs weighing over a kilogram were found, along with 4,050 shekels in cash. Among the seized materials were substances suspected to be cannabis in various forms and cookies suspected to contain drugs. The vehicle was seized, and the suspect was arrested and transferred for questioning. He is expected to be brought to court today for a hearing.
