Documented the Confrontation and Was Shot Dead: The Serious Indictment Against Yinon Eli Levi

He clashed with residents, drew a gun, and fired, and one of the bullets struck Alhadlin. Residents called MDA, but Alhadlin was pronounced dead at Soroka Hospital. Levi was arrested and interrogated by the Hebron police, and today (Thursday) an indictment was filed against him at the Be'er Sheva District Court for offenses of manslaughter by negligence, trespassing, and intentional damage. The incident occurred in the southern Hebron Hills, an area where a land dispute is ongoing between Palestinian residents and settlers.
