Documentary on 'The Sixteenth Lamb' Reunion to Premiere at DocuText Festival

The documentary 'The Sixteenth Lamb - The Reunion', directed by Ran Tal, will premiere on August 16 at the opening event of the National Library of Israel's DocuText Festival in Jerusalem. The film documents the preparations for the reunion tour of the four stars: Yehudit Ravitz, Gidi Gov, Yoni Rechter, and David Broza. The festival, held for the 11th time under the theme 'Uncertainty', will run for five days (August 16-20) and include premieres of documentary films from the past year in Israel and abroad, live performances, meetings with creators, and events incorporating the National Library's treasures. Other notable events include a glimpse into Meir Shalev's archive following the film 'That's How It Was', a display of items from Assi Dayan's archive, a screening of the film 'Missing Roster' about the football team of Kibbutz Kfar Aza after the October 7 massacre, and a caricature illustration workshop with Gil Jibali. The festival will close with the screening of Tomer Heymann's film 'Spring' about Aviv Geffen, followed by a performance by Geffen and The Devils.
