The police intend to conduct a confrontation between the suspect and the complainant. The investigation, which has been ongoing for about two months, was transferred to the central fraud unit. The police representative requested an eight-day extension, noting that there are many involved parties in the case. The suspect refused to provide the code to his phone. The defense attorney, Adv. Israel Klein, argued that there is no relationship of authority and that this involves two adults who found themselves in a situation. Judge Israel Pat ruled that there is reasonable suspicion and grounds of danger and obstruction.
