Deputy Minister Almog Cohen Announces He Will Run in Likud Primaries

Deputy Minister Almog Cohen announced today (Wednesday) that he will run in the Likud party primaries. His announcement comes after the required cooling-off period for running in the party's internal elections was shortened. Cohen thanked Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu for the trust and the shared path. In April, assessments strengthened regarding a possible move to Likud, after Cohen attended the Likudiada in Eilat even though he was not a party member.
