The Front affirmed in a statement that rights are indivisible and that justice cannot be granted to one group over another, stressing its rejection of any discrimination between employees in the West Bank and the Gaza Strip. It considered that depriving Gaza employees of benefiting from their entitlements, while their counterparts in the West Bank are allowed to do so, constitutes clear discrimination. The Front emphasized that the Gaza Strip is experiencing exceptional and catastrophic conditions due to the war of genocide and widespread destruction, along with a sharp rise in poverty and unemployment rates. It affirmed that these conditions require strengthening the resilience of the Palestinian people in Gaza, not imposing further burdens on employees and their families. It called on the Palestinian Authority leadership and the Ministry of Finance to reverse the decision and review all procedures affecting the rights of Gaza employees.
