Crime organization head Yossi Mosli released: "No evidence presented"

The Magistrate's Court released crime organization head Yossi Mosli, who was arrested on suspicion of assault and involvement in a stabbing. The judge criticized the police for failing to present sufficient evidence.

The Magistrate's Court today (Thursday) released crime organization head Yossi Mosli, who was arrested earlier this week on suspicion of assault and involvement in a stabbing outside his home in Savyon. The judge criticized the police, stating that they did not present evidence linking Mosli to the incident, contrary to the police's claim that the suspicion against him had strengthened. The police claim that two of his security guards involved in the incident fled and have not yet been caught. Mosli was arrested on Sunday following a report of a brawl outside his home. Forces arrested three other suspects. The stabbed victim, who was evacuated in moderate condition, was also arrested. Until his arrest, Mosli was under house arrest as part of an administrative restraining order issued against him recently - the first such order against a Jewish crime organization head.
