Following a heated argument, he left home and arrived at Gavandi Hill in the Tisgaon area, where he stood on the edge of a steep cliff. His parents arrived at the scene, and for about three hours, residents, police, and firefighters tried to persuade him to return. At some point, the father tried to approach him to pull him back, but the two lost their balance and fell together into the ravine. The mother, who witnessed the fall, jumped after them.
