The Israeli company 'פאר הבשר והעוף בע"מ' has warned about the appearance on the market of a dangerous counterfeit — a semi-finished product 'Kube for cooking' under the brand 'Kubot shel Simcha', which it did not produce. Consumers are asked not to consume the product and to contact the manufacturer. It is also reported that a batch of Petit Beurre biscuits is being recalled due to undeclared sesame, which is dangerous for allergy sufferers.
The Israeli food company 'פאר הבשר והעוף בע"מ' has issued an urgent warning about the appearance on the market of a dangerous counterfeit under the guise of its products. This concerns the semi-finished product 'Kube for cooking', sold under the brand 'Kubot shel Simcha', but, according to the manufacturer, has nothing to do with it. The company officially disassociated itself from the production of this product and strongly asks consumers to refrain from eating it due to serious suspicion of falsification. Management is already coordinating actions with the Israeli Ministry of Health to clarify the circumstances. Consumers who find the packaging are asked to contact the manufacturer by phone at 08-8584142. The article also reports the recall of a batch of Petit Beurre biscuits by the importer G. Willi-Food International Ltd. together with the Ministry of Health. The reason was a consumer complaint, after which sesame was found in the biscuits, not listed in the ingredients. This is dangerous for people with sesame allergies. Two varieties of biscuits from the Turkish manufacturer Hazal Biskuvi Gida San. A.S. are subject to recall: Petit Beurre 1 kg and 500 g, brand Willi-Food, with expiry date 30.07.2027 and batch number LOT 30:1 BDZ-3125. Consumers are advised to check the packaging and not consume the product if they have an allergy.
