According to the indictment, she equipped herself with a chainsaw, covered her face with a medical mask, sawed off locks and stole money, property and credit cards. In one case, she used her prior familiarity with her workplace and the secret code of the safe to steal thousands of shekels. The first charge describes a break-in at a pizzeria on Independence Street, where she sawed the lock but fled after passersby noticed her. In another charge, she broke into another pizzeria and stole a charity box with 310 shekels. Two days earlier, she broke into another pizzeria and stole a box with about 3,000 shekels, a wallet with credit cards, a gold ring and keys. The last charge refers to a break-in at a Lalin branch where she had previously worked, where she opened the safe using the code and stole three envelopes with proceeds of thousands of shekels. The state is requesting detention until the end of proceedings, relying on the identification of the defendant by her former manager in security footage, even though her face was not fully visible. The defendant denied committing the offenses or said she does not remember them.
