This followed an incident where journalists from Channel 14 were barred from the Democratic Party primaries. Sohlberg stated: "The right to know is not the right of the journalist, but of the readers and, at certain times, the voters." The ruling aims to prevent media discrimination and ensure transparency in the electoral process.
