Israeli cybersecurity company Cato Networks announced that its annual recurring revenue (ARR) has surpassed $415 million, representing 42% growth compared to the previous year. This follows a February report of $350 million ARR with 43% growth, meaning the company added over $60 million in ARR in five months while maintaining above-40% growth. The growth is driven by enterprise customers: in Q2 2026, Cato signed multi-million dollar contracts with Fortune 500 and Global 2000 companies in industrial, robotics, communications, and data analytics. The company now serves over 4,800 customers worldwide. Cato is also expanding AI security capabilities, reporting high demand for its Cato AI Security solution launched after acquiring Aim Security, and new features for managing AI agents. The company shortened vulnerability protection time to 45 minutes. Market estimates suggest Cato may be approaching a Wall Street IPO, as US investors favor companies with significant revenue and rapid growth. CEO Shlomo Kramer stated the results validate market demand for cloud-native security platforms for AI-driven enterprises.
