A brawl broke out today (Sunday) outside the home of crime organization head Yossi Mosly in Savyon, on Mevoot Street. Police arrested several suspects at the scene, including a man in his 40s who was moderately injured and taken to Sheba Medical Center at Tel HaShomer. The report of the brawl was received at MDA's 101 hotline in the Yarkon region at 16:43. Mosly arrived at his home from his father's house in Kfar Shalem under the unusual administrative restriction order issued against him. Last week, Tel Aviv District Court Judge Shay Yaniv ordered an administrative restriction order on Mosly until the eve of Yom Kippur, including house arrest and a ban on using messaging apps. A police officer admitted in the hearing: "We erred in allowing him to return to the house in Kfar Shalem." The order was issued after police failed to build an evidentiary basis linking him to recent grenade-throwing incidents.
