Berkovich: "If Bibi doesn't do this — he's garbage"
Eyal Berkovich demanded that Netanyahu reserve spots on the Likud list for MKs who, he claims, supported the prime minister. In a conversation with Aral Segal, he said that otherwise Netanyahu is "garbage and zero." Berkovich named Hanokh Milvitsky, Avihai Boaron, and Amit Halevi, who "threw themselves on the grenade," and suggested they change their surname to "Netanyahu." Segal responded that Berkovich is "Eisenkot's puppet." The dispute comes amid accusations by some MKs that the Prime Minister's Office worked against them in the primaries.
Eyal Berkovich, during a discussion with Aral Segal, demanded that Benjamin Netanyahu reserve spots on the Likud party list for MKs who, according to him, actively supported the prime minister. Berkovich stated: "If Bibi doesn't reserve spots for all the people who threw themselves on the grenade for him — he's garbage and zero." He listed Hanokh Milvitsky, Avihai Boaron, and Amit Halevi, calling them "zeros and Netanyahu's puppets," and suggested they officially change their surname to "Netanyahu." Segal responded that Berkovich and his interlocutors are "Eisenkot's puppets." The discussion takes place amid internal Likud disputes following the primaries: some MKs and ministers claim that the voting results were linked to actions by the prime minister's circle, which allegedly worked against them. These statements could lead to further mutual accusations within the party.
