Bereaved families: Promote 'voluntary emigration' of those wishing to leave the Strip

The 'National Hope' movement, which unites bereaved families and hostages' relatives, presents 'critical' conditions for a future arrangement in Gaza: complete demilitarization before an international force, full security freedom of action for Israel, collection of weapons, and promotion of 'voluntary emigration' of Gazans. The families expressed distrust in Hamas and in an international force, and called on the Prime Minister to continue targeted killings and defeat Hamas without stages.

The 'National Hope' movement, which unites bereaved families and families of hostages' survivors, published its conditions for a future arrangement in the Gaza Strip, against the backdrop of reports of progress toward another stage in the framework and the possibility of introducing an international force into the Strip. The movement presents demands it calls 'critical and non-negotiable': complete demilitarization of the Strip even before the entry of an international force, ensuring full security freedom of action for Israel, collection of all weapons, and promoting 'voluntary emigration' of residents from Gaza who wish to leave. According to the movement, such a move may ease the security reality and weaken Hamas vis-à-vis the local population. The movement also emphasizes that before any progress in the phased plan of US President Donald Trump, it must be ensured that no weapons, light or heavy, remain in the Strip that endanger the IDF and Israeli citizens. In the families' statement, it was said: 'We have no trust in Hamas, and unfortunately also not in any international force that will come. We are responsible for our own security.' They called on the Prime Minister and decision-makers not to rely on an international force 'without authority and without the ability to eliminate Hamas,' and added: 'Continue the targeted killings and defeat Hamas. Without stages and without international forces.'
