In the passenger hall, announcements of delays are repeated constantly, passengers wait over two hours for luggage, and some flights from yesterday have yet to depart. The Hader family from Kfar Haroeh said they arrived at Terminal 3 yesterday afternoon and found the airport closed. Their flight to Vienna was canceled, and they bought new tickets to Salzburg, which was also delayed. "We lost a lot of money in this crazy event - the money for the hotel in Vienna is gone, the money for the car rental is gone," said mother Rinat. The Israel Airports Authority management blamed the workers' union for the disruptions, while union chairman Pinchas Idan claimed a shortage of manpower. In the Likud party, they announced an intention to oust Idan from his party membership.
