Barak Abramov, the owner of Beitar Jerusalem and the G'panika chain, has filed lawsuits for one million shekels each against three media outlets: Channel 12 (Keshet), the Israeli Public Broadcasting Corporation, and the Posta website (Amir Zohar). The lawsuit claims that the defendants published a connection between Abramov and his businesses and the Jarushi family, using baseless and false allegations, according to him. Abramov argues that the publications, which were repeated within less than a day across various programs, caused significant damage to his businesses and a decline in revenue. He denies any business relationship with the Jarushi family and describes his acquaintance with them as merely superficial. After his warning letters were not answered within 24 hours, he proceeded to file actual lawsuits. Alongside financial compensation, he demands an apology, a correction, a denial, and legal costs.
