Power outages in the city were also recorded last Saturday. A Tel Aviv resident who spoke with N12 was furious: "I'm pregnant, how can this happen at the peak of summer? This is a real danger to life. It's unacceptable that the estimate for fixing the malfunction is so long." In the Electric Company's message, they apologized "for the inconvenience. Our teams are working in the field to fix the regional malfunction as soon as possible." From the Electric Company it was stated: "A malfunction at a substation led to a power outage in several areas of Tel Aviv. Reinforced teams of the Electric Company are on site and working to repair and quickly restore the electricity supply to everyone. The estimate is about an hour to return to normal."
