"Arab doctors kill more than Hamas": Indictment against the rabbi and the activist who spread his words

The Jerusalem District Attorney's Office filed an indictment in the Magistrate's Court against Rabbi Meir David Shmueli (30, from Jerusalem) and activist Galit Dorit Kashi (56, from Sde David) for incitement to racism. The incident at the center occurred on December 24, 2023, during the Iron Swords War. In a lesson delivered at the Musioff Synagogue in Jerusalem, Shmueli said of Arab doctors: "Everyone should pray that the Holy One, blessed be He, will eradicate them," and called them "cursed wicked ones." He claimed that Arab doctors intentionally harm Jewish soldiers, cut off their hands and legs, and that "they murder every day, the Arabs and Arab women murder in hospitals more than Hamas." Kashi distributed an edited video on her YouTube channel, which garnered 3,145 views and 153 likes, under the title "Don't hire enemies - period!" Complaints were filed by MK Al-Hwashla (Ra'am) and the Ta'al party led by MK Tibi. Tag Meir organization criticized the delay in the process.
