The average reservist, who reported for at least 233 days, is expected to lose nearly 5% of their salary; among fathers of children who served 290-320 days (over 100,000 people), the loss could reach at least 6%, and in severe estimates even 20%. The study points to a decline in enrollment in higher education, career stagnation, and damage to human capital. It also found that recruitment levels in Judea and Samaria and the northern border remained stable, unlike the center. Interviewees describe a sense of fog and lack of horizon.
