The report by the Dutch National Coordinator for Security and Counterterrorism notes active attempts by Israeli entities to influence local public opinion, politicians, and media personnel. As an example, it cites an episode after the clashes in Amsterdam, when an Israeli agency sent an analytical report directly to Dutch politicians and journalists, bypassing diplomatic channels. A separate section of the document is devoted to pressure and threats from Israel against international courts in The Hague, including the International Criminal Court and the International Court of Justice. The Netherlands expresses serious concern and commits to protecting the independence of these institutions. At the same time, the Dutch authorities do not view Israel as a direct military threat, but link its inclusion in the report to concerns about covert influence on internal processes.
