Wix.com reported second-quarter results that beat analyst estimates on both revenue and earnings. The company, which enables users to build and manage websites, posted revenue of $563 million, a 14.9% increase from the same quarter last year, and $10 million above the consensus estimate. On a GAAP basis, Wix recorded a net loss of $76.4 million, compared with a net profit in the corresponding quarter of 2025, with the loss partly due to $27.1 million in expenses related to recent layoffs of nearly 1,000 employees. On a non-GAAP basis, which excludes stock-based compensation and other items, net profit was $68.2 million, 50% lower than the year-ago quarter. Earnings per share of $1.39 beat the consensus estimate of $1.21. Cash flow from operations was $55.6 million. For the first half, revenue grew 14.6% to $1.1 billion, with a GAAP net loss of $134 million and non-GAAP net profit of $111 million. The company ended the half with $961 million in cash and investments versus $1.63 billion in debt, and employed 4,371 people, 906 fewer than at the end of the first quarter. Wix reaffirmed its lowered guidance, expecting low to middle double-digit revenue growth and low double-digit bookings growth. The company highlighted strong growth at Base44, its vibe coding platform acquired last year, and expects a non-GAAP gross margin of approximately 60% in the second half. CEO Avishai Abrahami said the company continues to invest in Wix Harmony and Base44, and noted the launch of Base 1, Base44's proprietary LLM, and Wix Harmony's own model. Analyst Brent Thill of Jefferies rated the stock a 'Buy' with a price target of $80.
