After KKL Chairman Supported Eisenkot - Likud Attorney Demands Removal of Ad

Likud attorney Ilan Bombach demands the Central Elections Committee remove a publication by KKL Chairman Ayal Ostinsky that supported Gadi Eisenkot, claiming it constitutes election bribery and a violation of the law.

Likud attorney Ilan Bombach, in an interview on Radio 103FM, demanded that the Central Elections Committee remove a publication by KKL Chairman Ayal Ostinsky, who openly supported Gadi Eisenkot on social media. Bombach argued that this constitutes election bribery under Section 122 of the Elections Law, and that Ostinsky, as head of a government fund, is prohibited from supporting candidates. He emphasized that the law forbids civil servants and government companies from engaging in election propaganda, and that the law must be upheld even if some consider such actions legitimate. Bombach also addressed Liberman's comments on Netanyahu and the prevention of eliminating senior Hamas figures, noting that Liberman had previously promised to eliminate Haniyeh within 48 hours.
