This follows the opposition of the head of the Police Investigations and Intelligence Division, Commissioner Boaz Blet, to carrying out the required completions, as reported this morning (Wednesday) on Kan News on Reshet Bet. Almost two years ago, Taisia and N. filed an appeal against the closure of the case in the affair, but the decision on the matter was postponed to August 15, and that date has already passed without a decision in sight. The prosecution informed the two of its intention to submit to the High Court of Justice N.'s response against the decision not to carry out the investigation completions by September 16, a date postponed at the request of the State Attorney's Office. Taisia Zmolotsky responded: 'The Israel Police, which is being sued for wrongs done to me as a child, is again disrupting the investigation for the third time, and refuses to investigate the completions determined by the Deputy State Attorney.' She added that 'the absurdity is that the prosecution is rolling these wrongs onto me and again postponing the appeal two years after it was filed. Unbelievable. A system that works to silence me and exhaust me. I will not leave and I will not let go, and this case will haunt all the wrongdoers for many more years. Shame.'
