73,388 Martyrs and 174,259 Injuries Since the Start of the Genocide in Gaza

The Palestinian Ministry of Health announced that Gaza hospitals received one martyr and two injuries within 24 hours, raising the cumulative toll since the start of the aggression to 73,388 martyrs and 174,259 injuries. It also noted the continued Israeli violations of the ceasefire agreement for the 307th day, with the transition to the second phase stalled.

The Palestinian Ministry of Health announced on Wednesday that Gaza Strip hospitals received one martyr recovered and two injuries over the past 24 hours, while a number of victims remain under the rubble and on the roads, as ambulance and civil defense crews have been unable to reach them so far. In its weekly report, the ministry stated that the death toll since the ceasefire on October 11 reached 1,259 martyrs, along with 4,148 injuries and 808 recovery cases. Thus, the cumulative toll since the start of the Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip on October 7, 2023, rises to 73,388 martyrs and 174,259 injuries. Israeli forces continue, for the 307th consecutive day, to violate the ceasefire agreement in the Gaza Strip, alongside the continued siege, prevention of aid entry, and obstruction of reconstruction efforts, amid the stalled transition to the second phase of the agreement. These violations come at a time when the transition to the second phase has not begun, despite US President Donald Trump's announcement on July 31 of reaching a "new agreement" to commence it, while the humanitarian situation in the Strip worsens due to continued restrictions on relief and reconstruction. The agreement to end the war, signed on October 10, 2025, in the Egyptian city of Sharm El-Sheikh, under Arab and American sponsorship, continues to be implemented, while "Israel" persists in violating it and escalating risks threatening civilians and displaced persons.
