The Southern District Attorney's Office filed a serious indictment with the District Court in Be'er Sheva against a 46-year-old city resident, attributing to him the commission of sex offenses against his relative, a minor about 10 years old. According to the indictment, the defendant used to escort the girl from school to her home or his home in exchange for payment. On one occasion, while they were watching a movie together, the minor complained that her back was caught, and consequently the two moved to his room for a massage. Under those circumstances, it is alleged, the defendant committed sex offenses against her, and stopped only after she asked him several times to stop. The indictment further alleges that during the period he committed additional indecent acts against her, including touching over her clothes and kisses on her lips. Concurrently, a request was filed to extend his detention until the end of proceedings, and in the request it was noted that his actions ceased only because the minor gathered courage to complain. The main charges include sex offenses within the family and by a person responsible for a helpless person.
