Players and coaches expressed fear that competitions might precede the provision of basic needs, stressing that a wide segment has lost their sources of income, homes, and property due to the war. They called for improving living conditions and supporting clubs as a priority, considering football an important outlet for the Strip, but its resumption requires the means to ensure players and clubs can participate.
